Terms of use for online registration

Please read before registering. By registering you accept these terms.

1. Botanic RX is a telemedicine service that connects patients with doctors and licensed partner shops and clinics. Registering does not guarantee that a doctor will prescribe a controlled herb: the doctor decides on medical grounds.
2. This account and the controlled-herb prescriptions (PT 33) issued through Botanic RX can be used to obtain or buy the controlled herb only at the partner shops and clinics in Botanic RX, at the branch named on the prescription. They cannot be used at shops outside the system.
3. Show your original ID card or passport, matching the details you registered, every time you collect.
4. For your own treatment only: never transfer, sell, share or let anyone else use your account, prescription or the controlled herb you receive.
5. You must be 20 or older, and not use it while pregnant or breastfeeding unless a doctor prescribes it.
6. Use it as your doctor advises. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. If you have a severe reaction, stop and go to a hospital or call 1669.
7. The fee for your own online consultation is shown on screen and paid before the doctor is called (card or PromptPay); at a shop or clinic you pay the shop as it tells you. The fee is for seeing the doctor, whether or not they prescribe. If you cancel after paying, it is not refunded automatically: you can call again on the same case without paying again, or contact us for a refund.
8. Do not take the controlled herb out of Thailand. Passport holders: check the law of your destination country.
9. Botanic RX may suspend an account that is misused or registered with untrue details, and may inform the authorities as the law requires.
