What you can do
Calls when you are on
Switch to "Available" and patients’ calls ring through with a ringtone; switch off for a break.
History and visit notes
See symptoms, allergies, long-term conditions and past prescriptions; write SOAP notes during the call.
Issue the PT 33
The official form, with your name, profession and licence number from your profile, a digital signature, and an English version.
Prescriptions I issued
Follow every prescription: cancel it, replace it, or add a note.
Correction requests from shops
A shop can flag a mistake on a prescription; you are notified and correct it or reply in the app.
Recordings of your own cases
Consultation videos are encrypted, kept as medical records, and only the treating doctor can open them.
How it works
Contact the Botanic RX team; an admin creates your doctor account
Add your licence number, profession and training certificate to your profile
Test your camera and sound, then switch to "Available"
Take the call, examine, record and issue the PT 33
Requirements
A professional licence that allows prescribing controlled herbs (e.g. medicine, Thai traditional medicine)
A training certificate for prescribing controlled herbs
A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection
